People come in all shapes and sizes and i think we should all celebrate this because nothing would be more boring than everyone physically looking the same. Never let people make you feel that you need to lose weight or put weight on because you are the person living in your body and as long as you are healthy and feel healthy there is nothing to worry about. If you want to lose or gain weight to help you with your confidence then go ahead as long as it's for yourself and nobody else. Wear things that flatter your figure and emphasis the features you like because no matter what your body size or shape i can assure you that there are a lot of good features, you just need to find them. When you do find the features you like about yourself make sure you focus on them rather than the parts that make you feel insecure because as well as having features you like everyone will always have insecurities. Remember that no matter now perfect someone else's figure may seem to you you don't know if they feel the same way about their body because after all you are your harshest critic. I don't think we give our bodies the credit they deserve we are constantly focused on the negative aspects but what about the scientific part, our bodies keep us a live, blood flowing through our bodies. We should accept the bodies the way they are, yes they might not be perfect but there isn't such a thing as a 'perfect body' because every body is different and that is something we should all celebrate.

Here is me in my favourite dress that always makes me feel the most self confident because it hides most of my thighs which is the part of my body i am most insecure about and i like the way it emphasises my small waist. My top tip for you is to find an outfit that covers up the part of your body you're most insecure about in a flattering way and emphasises the part/parts you like.
